The brief set by the client was to obtain planning consent for 2 residential plots outside the development boundary of Goulceby, Lincolnshire. The application was previously dismissed at appeal on sustainability grounds and impact upon the character and appearance of the area
The second planning application was presented to Planning Committee with a recommendation for refusal by Planning Officers based on the impact upon the character and appearance of the area as the site was defined as protected frontage within the Local Plan
The planning application was overturned at Planning Committee and planning consent granted
