Project – Outline residential scheme at Eastfield Road, Louth for up to 50 dwellings
Planning permission approved – December 2014
The brief set by the client was to obtain planning consent for a residential end use, outside the development limits of Louth. The site had been discounted from the Council’s Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) for a number of technical reasons including highway safety and drainage. Dieter Nelson Planning Consultancy worked through the site constraints to secure an outline planning consent on behalf of the client.
