The concept proposal details ‘Arts and Crafts’ styled properties to reflect the existing residential properties along Brooklands Avenue, Cleethorpes. Previously the property turned its back on Brooklands Avenue. Given the sensitive site location, the property has been turned to provide enclosure to the street scene and a physical presence within Brooklands Avenue
